FAQ

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
A. Yes! Charles Twigg Online has its own dedicated secure server and all transactions are dealt with by Protx (http://www.protx.com). All other customer information is strictly for use by Charles Twigg Online and will not be passed to any 3rd parties.

Q. What types of payment cards do you accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo & American Express.

Q. Does Charles Twigg Online have a guarantee?
A. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund but you must contact us first for authorization. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods against damage or loss.

Q. How long does it take to get my order delivered?
A. All in stock orders are dispatched within 4 days using a 48 hour parcelforce service. Overseas orders may take longer due to delivery. All prints are delivered flat packed. For overseas orders you are responsible for paying any duties or import charges applicable.

Q. What if I receive my order and it is damaged?
A. Charles Twigg Online will be happy for you to return the product and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Just e-mail us at or call us on +44 (0)7762 471891

Q. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
A. Cancellations must be submitted the same day as your order. Please contact us by phone.
